By submitting this entry form for the Miss Lake Gaston Scholarship Pageant, to be held on August 8, 2026, at The Dogwood, I, the contestant (or legal guardian), hereby agree to the following terms and conditions. I certify that the age division selected on my entry form is reflective of my legal age as of August 8, 2026, and understand that any misrepresentation of age will result in immediate disqualification. I agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless LWood Media Group, the venue (The Dogwood), and all employees, contractors, and affiliates of either entity from any and all liability, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, or loss occurring during or in connection with the pageant.

As a condition of entry, I am responsible for soliciting at least one $50 business sponsorship, with the understanding that an award will be presented to the contestant who secures the highest number of sponsors. Furthermore, should I be crowned a winner, I commit to attending the Main Lake Gaston Catfish Festival in Littleton, NC, on August 29, 2026, for a mandatory appearance and volunteer service. Throughout my year of service, I will be expected to represent the pageant by participating in various virtual and in-person engagements as scheduled by LWood Media Group. I also grant the production team the right to use my likeness in photography and video for promotional purposes and agree to maintain a high standard of sportsmanship and conduct at all times.
