Join LWood Media Group for the premier community event of the summer! The Lake Gaston Catfish Festival is officially open for vendor applications. This is a high-traffic, large-scale festival designed to bring together locals and visitors for a day of live entertainment, delicious food, and family fun. The event will be held on August 29th, 2026 from 11am to 4pm at Buck Springs Park in Littleton, NC. This is your chance to showcase your brand, sell your wares, or serve up your best dishes to an enthusiastic crowd.  Due to a recent uptick in spam applications, LWood Media Group will now be charging a $5 application fee. Once you are accepted, the card you provide below will be automatically charged for your full vendor space. Please complete the application below. Booth Selection and Application Fee

Please select the type of booth you wish to apply for and then complete the application fee payment section. The card you enter underneath the Application Fee section will be your On File Card and if accepted it will be charged for your booth amount. This card will also remain on file for any other charges that you may authorize throughout the event process.

Vendor Participation Agreement

This Vendor Agreement outlines the terms and conditions for participation in the Lake Gaston Catfish Festival at Buck Springs Park in Littleton, NC, on August 29th, 2026. Vendors are responsible for providing their own equipment, including tents, tables, and chairs, and must ensure all booths are fully set up by 10:30 am, at which time official booth inspections will begin. Vendor set-up begins at 8:00 am, and all participants must check in by 9:00 am; however, LWood Media Group reserves the right to implement an assigned staggered check-in and set-up schedule if circumstances are met. No electricity or water is available on-site, and generators are generally prohibited, with exceptions made only for food trucks adhering to specific guidelines.

Vendors must check in upon arrival and strictly adhere to the designated vendor map, which will be distributed 14 days prior to the event. Driving outside of designated areas is prohibited, and vendors are responsible for transporting their equipment to their assigned spots. LWood Media Group reserves the right to postpone, shorten, or relocate the event due to inclement weather, safety concerns, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, vendors are responsible for attending the rescheduled event at the new location. No refunds will be given for any reason, including non-participation due to event changes, weather, or vendor cancellation.

Vendors are required to give at least 48 hours' notice if they cannot attend the event; otherwise, a $50 no-show fee will be charged. Vendor booth sharing is strictly prohibited. The event concludes at 4:00 pm, and all vendors must vacate the premises by 5:30 pm, leaving their space clean and free of damage. Failure to do so will result in a minimum $25 fee. An LWood Media Group representative will be available to sign off on your space before your final departure.
